These terms cover this website and the ways you can reach SysMicro through it. They are not the terms of any engagement — work SysMicro does for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work.

01Who these terms are with

This website is operated by SysMicro. By using it, or by contacting us through it, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02What this site is, and is not

It describes what SysMicro does. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract.

  • Descriptions of capabilities and approach are general. What SysMicro would actually do for you depends on your situation and is agreed in writing before any work starts.
  • Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, an engagement, or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation.
  • Nothing here is professional advice for your specific circumstances. Do not act on it as though it were.
  • We may change, add to or remove anything on this site at any time, without notice.

03Contacting us

You can reach us through the contact form, by email, or by messaging our pages on Facebook and Instagram. The same expectations apply whichever you use.

  • Give accurate information. We reply to what you tell us, and wrong details mostly waste your own time.
  • Do not send confidential material, credentials, or anyone else's personal data through these channels. They are ordinary business channels, not a secure transfer mechanism. If something is sensitive, ask us and we will arrange a proper way to send it.
  • Do not use these channels for bulk messaging, spam, or anything unlawful. We block senders who do.
  • What you send us is handled as described in our privacy notice.

04Using the site properly

Ordinary use is welcome. The following is not.

  • Attempting to gain access to any part of the site, its server, or connected systems that is not intended to be public.
  • Interfering with the site's operation, including automated traffic that degrades it for others.
  • Scraping the site at scale, or reproducing its content as your own.
  • Introducing malicious code, or using the site to distribute it.

05Content and trade marks

The text, design, artwork and code of this site belong to SysMicro unless stated otherwise.

  • You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote from them with attribution.
  • You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, or use the SysMicro name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
  • Other companies' names and marks mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their owners, and mentioning one implies no endorsement or partnership in either direction.

06Availability and accuracy

We take care with this site, but we do not promise it is always available or always free of error.

  • The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or for reasons outside our control.
  • Content may become out of date. Where something matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
